Lashes

How often can I reuse a set?
That depends on how you remove and store them. Never pull, use remover and put them back in a case, and they will last for multiple wears.

Will they damage my own lashes?
Not if you remove them properly. Damage almost always comes from pulling, not from the lash itself. See our how-to guides.

I do not know which intensity to choose.
Start with Medium Girl, or use Find Your Look.

Can I use mascara?
On your own lashes before application, as long as it is fully dry. Mascara on the lash itself shortens its life considerably.

Usually, as long as it has not shipped. Email us quickly.

Returns

Can I return lashes?
Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned. For hygiene reasons, used lashes and opened cosmetics cannot be taken back. See our Return Policy.

Did a product arrive damaged?
Email a photo to dollishdreamshop@hotmail.com within 48 hours and we will sort it out.
